Latest Posts Stuck in Query

I’ve been working with a couple of themes from Themify. Somewhere along the way, the latest posts got stuck showing 30 posts from a single category, not in chronological order. Disabling plugins has not helped. Reinstalling the theme and installing different themes has not helped.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
