I though I had included an option to select weather to show the featured content in the feed too or not – I guess I missed it on this theme.
Let me work it in and I’ll get an updated version out asap.

I can see those options on the customise tab.
feed category – all categories
and then there’s the option on the featured content section
show featured posts on blog feed?
I got that ticked too.
But it’s not displaying the posts in both places!

Well actually after a series of tests, I can confirm that they are being displayed on both places.
Maybe I Haven’t explain it properly.
What I want to happen( if possible) is posting a new post, display the post in the featured content area, and on first place in the home page.
What’s happening now is, the featured content shows -from left to right – the latest post to the oldest – that’s fine. When you Upload a new post the oldest in the featured content area disappears and takes the place as ‘main home page post’.
The oldest post must disappear from the featured content, but instead of taking the first place in the home page cannot take the second instead, and leave the first place for the latest post?

Hello Joao,
Are the featured posts being pulled in via a tag or are being pulled via a fallback?
If they are via a tag then try leaving the blog feed category blank – If they are not via a tag then try using a tag while still leaving the category blank and let me know how that turns out.

The posts are being pulled via tag.
Now I cannot leave the blog category blank, that option is not available. I can either choose between categories or all categories
I unticked the box which says “show featured posts in blog feed?” and it is exactly the same as ticked. nothing happens.

Hi Joao,
Let me look in to this further and runs some test to see what combination of settings would work best for you – if additions are needed then I’ll look in to implementing them and get back to you with a solution as soon as I can.
