latest post did not go to subscribers

    My last post did not go out to my subscribers after I updated the plug in. OR the report was not updated properly. This is urgent please.

    Hi,

    Email Subscribers 4.0 comes with few modifications.

    “Sending Immediately” option is no longer available in ES 4.0. In ES 4.0.x emails are being queued and when WP Cron or server cron run, email sending functionality getting triggered and queued emails will be sent.

    We will add option to process queued emails manually functionality in upcoming version of Email Subscribers (4.0.3). ES 4.0.3 will be released soon.

    I get that but the broadcast has been in the queue for more than a day now and nothing goes through. It doesn’t even reach my server so it doesn’t trigger. I’d really like to work with your programs as they seem very clever but not until I can get this right. Hope you can help.
