Latest NGG breaks other plugin

    Yes, it is true. Also any plugins which I tested for maintenace or coming soon not working. Website is blank. I tested: Coming Soon wp, Wp maintenance and few other plugins. NGG must be off. 🙁

    On my sites also that problem. So turn off NGG. 🙁

    @tate83 – The plugin you are referencing for your shortcode has not been updated in quite some time and may also need attention from its author to resolve this issue. Have you reached out to the other plugin author as well? Have they offered any insights into this issue?

    Hi Cais,
    Yes I postet in the other plugin’s forum too. Since the slideshow plugin works fine as soon as I disable NGG they said to check with NGG. Is there any advice how I can assist in debugging?

    Unfortunately, I cannot just disable one of the two plugins for good..

    @tate83 – Can you share a URL where the slideshow is not working? There may be something in the source code that could suggest additional steps to take.

    @tate83 – Although I am not experiencing the issue you are describing and seeing on your site I am also using the our most recent beta version which addresses an issue with custom post types. As the slideshow plugin appears to be using CPT you may need to work with our beta version to get this corrected immediately.

    Please send us a Bug Report at https://imagely.com/report-bug/ and ask for the latest beta version (currently 2.1.56.2) if you are interested.
