Latest Blog Post Block not working correctly

I am having issues with the blog page at

On this page the entire blogs are incorrectly published in full – content and title

On my WP-admin screen it simply and correctly shows as two blogs listed with feature image and excerpt. A reader just needs to click the image or ‘read more’

I am trying to fix the disparity here so that the blog page correctly lists the blogs not publish them in their entirety.
