I have my “last visits” plugin working for the most part as I am currently seeing that I have 1 new post and 1 new comment. But the “new” graphic/tag isn’t showing up. I’m getting that funny little box with an x in it instead. I’m pretty sure I uploaded the graphics correctly this morning and it appears to be calling for the graphic and either not finding it or having a problem showing it.
If this is just a browser issue I’d be surprised as I’ve used different computers to try and pull this up.

Tried removing the images from the directory, then re-uploading them, checking that they get sent up as binary files ?
    That may do the trick.

When I unzip the files for this plugin, what program should I use? My extraction wizard was using Microsoft Word to start with. I changed it to Microsoft Explorer, which from the advice your are giving me, is probably the wrong program to use.

I use Zip Genius as an unzipper, but there’s another around called Izark which is quite good.

I have tried different things but I am not sure how to make sure that when I unzip/extract files that they get sent up as “binary files.” Any hints on this?
