 * After last update, 2 plugins appear in dashboard. Please fix immediately.

 * Strange. We do not get this issue here. After reading your POST, I installed 
   a fresh WordPress instance and installed our previous plugin version. Then, updated
   to our latest version from the plugin dashboard to see the issue. But, we only
   get a single plugin menu and everything works fine as expected.
