Hello, I tried to update Woocommerce, it fails (do not know why) then my site shows 500 HTTP Error currently unable to handle this request. The error log shows:

Got error ‘PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Class ‘WC_Widget’ not found in /opt/bitnami/apps/wordpress/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/dc-woocommerce-multi-vendor/classes/widgets/class-wcmp-widget-vendor-product-categories.php on line 7\n’

Now unable to reach my site!!

    Hi there,

When looking closely at the error, you’ll notice the following:

    plugins/dc-woocommerce-multi-vendor

This means that one of your other plugins – WooCommerce Multi Vendor – is causing that error.

moving forward, I suggest the following:

    1. Disabling that Multi Vendor plugin manually via FTP. If you’re unsure how to deactivate plugin manually, have a look at this guide: https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-deactivate-all-plugins-when-not-able-to-access-wp-admin/
    2. Once deactivated, contact the developers of that Multi Vendor plugin to hear if they have an update available that’s compatible with the latest version of WooCommerce. If they don’t, you’ll need to ask them to troubleshoot that further – it’s not something that WooCommerce itself has any direct control over.
