Same issue…
PHP Fatal error: Cannot redeclare sydney_set_import_files() (previously declared in /.../wp-content/plugins/sydney-toolbox/demo-content/setup.php:18) in /.../wp-content/themes/sydney/demo-content/setup.php on line 20
Same here – six WordPresses crashed.
We need a quick fix.

Same. I went into my file manager and deleted the plugin, site works again.
Everything “seems” to be fine without it.
If you need an older version I found the following, but only up to 1.03 https://pluginarchive.com/wordpress/sydney-toolbox#releases
I entered WordPress’ recovery mode, installed https://de.wordpress.org/plugins/wp-rollback/ and rolled back plugin version to 1.06 – works. But is quite some work if you maintain many WordPresses.
Dear athemes, please check your updates better before rolling them out.

Hello,
The issue is already fixed, please update the plugin once again. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Kind Regards, Roman.
Sorry old chap. But it isn’t:
PHP Fatal error: Cannot redeclare sydney_set_import_files() (previously declared in /wp-content/plugins/sydney-toolbox/demo-content/setup.php:18) in /wp-content/themes/sydney/demo-content/setup.php on line 22
Hello,
I have just updated Sydney Toolbox on my local Sydney install and it fixed the fatal error. So your issue might be site-specific. Can you please create a new topic with a link to your website?
Kind Regards, Roman.
Think you are right. Installed theme & plugin on my test site and all ok. There must be a plugin conflict. But as I mentioned my install seems to be working fine without the plugin so I’ll just leave it without.
@romanbon,
ok, we (carefully) updated the plugin in all of our WordPress installations and the error seems to be gone.
Great! Thank you for the feedback 🙂
Kind Regards, Roman.
