    I removed the GMT addition here [1] and it seemed to work in my tests. regarding the new option that I promised to add, I decided that it was not a good idea after all, people may get more confused with two different options to configure the timezone than by the incorrect times. Lets test this new code and see how it goes.

    Tests conducted on various possibilities with development version. Every thing seems to be working fine except one thing. Previously failed login times was working fine, but with the latest development version its showing UTC+0 instead user defined time zone.
    Reproduce the same issue as follows:
    1). Set time zone other than UTC+0, like UTC+5.30 or something like that.
    2). Then try to login with with wrong credentials to get failed login details.
