    Please don’t ask me to go to and submit a ticlet. I’ve been trying all day but get “Sorry an error occurred” when I click Submit Ticket. Yes, I have an account, yes I purchased pro, yes, I’m logged in.

    Fresh install of wp and MEC Lite.
    Two Views on that page. Daily View and Upcoming Events(list).

    Daily View does NOT show a single day, single occurrence, last day of a month(April 30th) event but Upcoming Events(list) DOES show it.

    Same problem as Pro. Some views show an event on the last day of a month and some do not.

    You have my credentials. Pro is installed at the root of the above site and is the one you have creds for. I sent them via your contact form. Lite is installed at the fresh install in the /wp/ directory.

    I don’t think you really need them though. Just do a quick install of wp and mec lite or pro, create an event for April 30th or May 31st, do some shortcodes and see which Views do display the event and which ones do not display it.

    There’s three of us now that have the same problem. Oscar(previous thread here), Shannon(ticksy ticket/1976302) and me, John.

    It seems there was a technical issue with Ticksy. We are so sorry for such an issue. The issue is now fixed and you can now submit your tickets. We promise that your tickets will be answered with the highest priority.

    About the issue, Thank you for sharing it with us. We do appreciate your consideration.
    I redirect it to the developer team and we would fix it immediately, and would fix it in the next updates. There is nothing to be worried about.

    A reply or acknowledgement does not make this “Resolved”. When the “last day of month” bug is fixed, then it’s resolved.

    I still can’t submit a ticket on ticksy. I was able to submit tickets a couple of days ago. I’ve tried three different browsers, clearing all history and data from the browser etc.

    Here’s a screen shot of “Sorry, an unknown error occurred” when trying to submit ticket.

    Looks like the fix came in with ver 4.1.0 today. Thank you very much. Now it can be marked as resolved so I will do so.

    Yes, in this version should fix your issue,

    However, if you have any issue yet please sign up at our support center and submit a new ticket. Our support team will check it out and let you know the results (If you have an account on Ticksy please submit a new ticket)
