 * Hi michelem
 * I have ‘inherited’ a WP website, and am just going through things to see how
   it fits together.
 * I’ve ran a database backup, and was surprised to see that ~75% of the size of
   the database consists of the “wp_wassup” table.
 * However, your WassUp plugin no longer seems to be installed.
 * What’s the safest/easiest way to delete this table, please ? (I don’t have cPanel/
   phpMyAdmin access).
 * I spotted this in your FAQ, so should I re-install the plugin and then uninstall
   again ?

   > Uninstall” box, click the “[Save Settings]” button, then deactivate WassUp
   > in “Plugins”.
 * Thanks for any advice. 🙂

 * Yep. Reinstalling Wassup and then deactivating the plugin (with “uninstall” checked
   in Wassup-options) will delete the wp_wassup table. After deactivation, you should
   also delete the plugin files by clicking “delete” link under the plugin name
   in WordPress’ Plugins menu.
 * You should know that when you re-install WassUp, if your ‘wp_wassup’ table is
   excessively large, the reinstall could be very slow and your browser may timeout
   prematurely (blank screen). If this happens, reload the Plugins page after a
   few minutes, until you see that WassUp is activated.

 * thanks, helened.
 * Process went smoothly and was fairly quick (I only have a small site).
 * DB tables reduced from 30+mb down to 1.3mb.
