 * Hello Tobias,
 * I have a large table with around 3000+ lines. From my search on this forum it
   is a problem to load such a large table, which I understand.
    As a fix for the
   backend, would it possible to load first XX (say 25 or 50 lines) lines only and
   from there an option for user to load more lines if need? This way we can upload
   the table and edit/manipulate/change settings without having need to wait for
   the browser to load the whole data.
 * Thank you very much for your time and efforts!

 * Hi,
 * thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.
 * Unfortunately, such a method is not currently possible, due to the way how TablePress
   loads and saves the data (essentially, it needs all cells to be on the page when
   it saves).
    Now, I’m already working on a completely rewritten “Edit” screen
   that will also be faster. In the meantime, my suggestion would be to first try
   a different browser, as there can be significant differences, e.g. between Chrome,
   Firefox, and Edge. Another method would be to edit/maintain the table offline,
   e.g. in Excel, and then re-import a saved CSV file into TablePress, replacing
   the existing version of the table. If you want to change the settings below the
   table input fields, you could upload a “dummy” table with just a few rows, make
   the settings changes, and then upload the actual table again.
 * Regards,
    Tobias

 * Thank you for the prompt response Tobias.
 * I understand no worries. Meanwhile I can definitely use the dummy table trick.
 * Any idea when the new “Edit” screen will be released?
 * Again, really appreciate the help.

 * Hi,
 * Developing the new “Edit” screen is rather complex, and for personal as well
   as job reasons (I’m not a professional web developer and TablePress is “just”
   a big hobby), my time is pretty limited at the moment. Therefore, I can’t really
   give estimates on potential release timeframes. Sorry.
 * Best wishes,
    Tobias
