    Hi,

    This issue should be already solved, please check again.
    Alternatively please visit the Cookie Compliance app dashboard and Publish your configuration – this should help too.

    @yvesima please visit the Cookie Compliance app dashboard and Publish your configuration – this should help.

    After doing that make sure that the App ID and Secret key fields are set in the plugin settings.

    Hope this helps

    I am having the same issue. Publishing the content does not help in my case. Is there a possibility to get App ID and App Key in a other way, not while setting up plugin?

    @iviaano, yes, of course.
    You can just login or register to Compliance app https://app.hu-manity.co/#/en/cc2/login
    You’ll find the App ID and Secret Key in the Configuration -> Setup tab.

    same problem.

    config the settings, than will log in to same

    I’m having the same issue.
    And I couldn’t insert the code:

    “`<head>
    <!–Hu-Banner–>
    <script type=”text/javascript” src>…</script>
    <script type=”text/javascript” src=”//cdn.hu-manity.co/hu-banner.min.js”></script>
    … ALL OTHER SCRIPTS MUST BE PLACED BELOW`”

    As the attribute is missing: https://i.imgur.com/d3lHyFj.png

    Most probably we’ve found a reson for the issue – a fix is on the way.

    @bosco-carvalho first script in the code should not have a src attribute at all, that’s why you have an error. You can always copy paste a valid code from the CC app dashboard.

    @dfactory,

    I’m wayting for the fix.

    Wow! Thanks for the speedy reply.
