    Are those files present? This is Query Monitor alerting you to the fact that some translation files are missing. Often, it’s due to the fact that not all plugins provide translations for all plugins, in which case you can just ignore the warnings.

    so they are automagically generated (assumed) file paths but do not cause a delay?

    Yeah these are the translation files that each plugin (or theme) attempts to load. I guess the red warning is a little unnecessary. I have an idea how to improve the output of this section.
