 * using Loco Translate; using polylang also.
 * i have only one site language (portuguese); wpforms does not show front-end form
   text in portuguese, instead shows default english.
 * my question is: will wpforms use the front-end form text found in the wpforms(
   the default english) when there’s only only language available site-wide, or
   will it fetch the primary site language? or does it even matter, and wpforms
   should always fetch the site language?
 * language switcher is in the footer with one language only.

 * Hi ricmetal,
 * Currently WPForms does not have the Portuguese language pack available.
 * If you’d like to translate your forms into a single alternate language we have
   a [detailed tutorial here](https://wpforms.com/docs/how-to-translate-wpforms-into-a-different-language/).
 * I hope this helps 🙂

 * Hello,
    Ive started translating WPForms into portuguese. My issue is that nothing
   is showing in portuguese.
 * Please see the images i provided. They show what i think is the correct config
   to change WPForms to show a different language.
 * If i could get help that would be great 🙂

 * ok…i think i’m getting somewhere.
 * the form that should show up in portuguese but shows in english was created before
   i created the portuguese language (AO90) and started translating it.
 * i’ve now created a new form and suddenly every word i translated is showing up
   as translated, not english.
 * this is very poor engeneering.
    dispite the fact, the form works good, and hopefull
   no more of these surprises show up.
 * *thinks the plugin should address this and flies away*

 * Hi ricmetal,
 * Thanks for the update! I’m glad to hear that you’ve managed to get the issue
   resolved.
 * However, we were not able to replicate the error you’ve described on our end.
   It sounds like there might be page caching and that is preventing your translation
   from showing up in older forms.
 * To resolve this, you could try clearing any cache in your site after you’ve created
   or updated your translation, then view the forms on your site.
 * I hope this helps 🙂

 * another issue with the forms; this string “Thanks for contacting us! We will
   be in touch with you shortly.” won’t show in my language; shows in english only.
 * Iv’e translated it, and apparently the form is working fine, because i just changed
   another string that shows on the front end of the form (“email confirmation”
   description text) and the changes are visible.
 * seeing the “thanks for contacting…” is also on the front end, and is already
   translated, it looks like this is a problem with the plugin.
 * thoughts?

 * Hi ricmetal,
 * If you’d like to translate the form confirmation message text to a single language,
   the easiest option is to do this directly within the form builder.
 * To do this, in the form builder go to **Settings > Confirmation**, and in the**
   Message** field, add the text you’d like to display to users.
 * For more details on configuring the confirmation settings of your form, please
   see our tutorial on [how to set up form confirmation](https://wpforms.com/docs/setup-form-confirmation-wpforms/).
 * I hope this helps 🙂

 * Hi ricmetal,
 * Currently translation is not available for text that are can be edited by site
   admin and are saved to the database (such as the text in field labels, placeholders,
   confirmation message). I agree this would be a useful feature though, and I’ve
   added this to our feature request list for our team to consider down the road.
 * For now, a possible workaround might be to create individual forms for each language
   on your site. A plugin like [WPML](https://wpml.org/) can allow you to create
   a page for each language. You can then embed the forms in the corresponding pages.
 * I apologize we don’t have what you’re looking for in this case, though we appreciate
   the suggestion! 🙂

 * …with this solution, if I have two languages in my site, is possible to create
   two individual forms (each for language) and have all the entries (both languages)
   in the same entries’s form?

 * Hi ebrabellon,
 * Currently we don’t have the option to save the submissions of two forms into
   a single entries table.
 * In case it helps to share, WPForms Lite does not have the feature to store entries,
   and only sends forms submissions via notification emails.
 * The entries storage and management option is available with any of our [paid licenses](https://wpforms.com/pricing/).
 * And if you already have a license, please know that you have access to [our private email support](https://wpforms.com/contact/).
 * I hope this helps 🙂
