 * You need to create a .mo (or .po) file from the template called WordPress1.2POT.
   
   All the info is in the Wiki, (wiki.wordpress.org), just search for “l10n” or “
   localization”. You will probably also need a tool like poEdit or similar. I just
   downloaded poEdit from SourceForge and used it for the first time today. It was
   really easy to install and learn. I’m sure people would be happy if you make 
   the .mo file available to others when you are done, and they will be happy to
   support you if you need!
