Including [http://codex.wordpress.org/Translating_WordPress](http://codex.wordpress.org/Translating_WordPress) which can be over most people heads, then again I don’t know how much this person knows about PHP or wordpress. However, your theme is NOT translated: themes need their own .mo files in order to appear in the language you want. The examples you gave (posted in, read mroe etc.) are coming from the theme template files, not from WP itself!
