Language switcher troubleshooting

I use wordpress 2.2 with the plugin Language Switcher.

I use it for English and Spanish.

For me everything works fine, but some people reported me that sometime when they enter the website, all the post are turned into “Sorry, but this post in not available in english”… Only on the frontpage.

any idea? thanks
