I will open a support ticket. Thank you for the information and the help. I wish that this did not have to be customized on each site individually…and I think that you might want to think about the wording and how it affects people. We could maybe have a better default message?
Sorry for the delay, but I was running some tests to see if I could track down the problems a bit. I hate giving useless reports!

Sorry guys – but I just followed your tutorial. The ability to change that message is a paid add-on. So not only would I need to edit every site individually, but I would also need to pay extra for the add-on for every customer.
Are you serious? I’d thought that the repeated errors and poor choice of language was just a mistake…but now I’m questioning it. This can’t be deliberate. It has to be just an oversight…right????

You can apply settings for all services of your profile. Just check the option “Apply for all services”.
Make note, you don’t need to purchase the extra package for each website separatly. If you have extra package, you’ll be able to use it’s feautures on all of your websites.
I manage websites for many clients. They have individual CleanTalk licenses. They would absolutely all need to buy this add-on to correct a default verbiage that is out dated.
We use technical terms in a context that doesn’t connect to humans (like Black Hole
in Astronomy). These terms historically established and don’t characterize
people. Word “black” is used to describe many other things and phenomenons.
