    A client of main writes with a French keyboard. The result is drama.Please
   see:
 *     ```

       « Le postier », court-métrage de Garance Garnier. Bukowski
       « Je mâche donc je suis », court-métrage de Julie Lena. Un coach sportif paternel....

 * I’m pretty shocked, because I didn’t know this problem can exist. I’ve made an
   experiment and I wrote in Greek. All looked well and when I published came as
   a monkey signs.
 * I’ll write the same to WP Symposium, because it is possible to be a plugin issue.
 * In any case I’d like to hear your opinion.

 * Let me add a bit more.
    What happens if somebody uses a not qwerty keyboard to
   write on a webpage? It should be ok? Right? I mean we will be able to see the
   writing. To understand it we will need a translater. This is an example: Άντε
   να δούμε – Let see (Greek) Хайде да видим-Let see (Bulgarian)

    All is good. We see the writing, not ???%A…????? OK This is a plugin
   issue.
