Language Problem

    I have install the new version 2.6.3, but unable to post in other language even with all the add on plugin which i have been tried. The old version that i use can able to post freely in Arabic, Japanese, Chinese and English. Please refer my site at http://www.bf-1.com . But when i install the new version, whenever i wish to save & publish, it will be appear others languages as ????
