Hey,
The template is in english, so you would need to edit the strings inside each email template (header and body text).
See the email text and type area of the customizer.

Hey there,
but the plugin itself isn’t translated. Even buttons for settings are still in english, although i have the “german language package” installed. Furthermore i can’t translate every string within the customizer. For example “quantity”. Its displayed in english and i cant change that in the customizer.
Best Regards
Hey,
When you say you have “german language package” installed. What do you mean? This isn’t the same as Woocommerce core, you would need to translate this plugin separately. If you install loco translate are you not able to translate strings like “quantity”
Ben
Hi,
I had the same problem of translation in French with loco translate. Some items can’t be translated in the .pot file. You need to translate them in the .php files code, with no other possibility because the .pot file is not complete. For example:
– the 2 buttons in the e-mail templates to reset password and view the customer account;
– ORDER title….
From memory, I had to modify two or three .php files so that everything was translated correctly.
Thank you for the quality of your very professional work. We are here in the details…
Best regards,

Hey @denis66
When using logo translate it’s important to sync the translation after updates, have you tried this? It should bring in those missing strings. Some of those strings were fixed a few versions ago when a user reported.

Hi @britner ,
so installed the plugin and through filezilla i went to the language folder. I took the already existing “german language” .po and .mo file, copied it and added “formal” to it.
So like this: kadence-woocommerce-email-designer-de_DE_formal
But the plugin is still in english, so the language isnt loading.
Hey @vinlo,
I don’t believe that would work, I think the file name would be different. Please use https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/

I have the same problem – I edited content in the Email Designer but it doesn’t load in the e-mail.
Also have problems with some of the fields translate but some dont.
Found that i needed to translate kadence plugin and not woocommerce or theme with loco translate…

I found the solution – I had some of the templates overwritten in the child template – that’s why it didn’t load 😉
