Trying to get the error messages of the “MailChimp for WP” form in Dutch.

    – The language of my WordPress installation is in Dutch
    – Language is defined in wp-config.php
    – Language is setup in MailChimp forms, eventhough not using those forms on the stie
    – Language files of “MailChimp for WP” exist in the /wp-content/plugins/mailchimp-for-wp/languages folder

But the error messages are in English. What am I missing?

    Hi @ikwilhet,

If you go to MailChimp for WP > Forms and then edit any of your forms, are the messages listed under “Messages” in Dutch? You can edit them there if they aren’t.

There are various other error messages which pop-up straight away (eg when submitting a form without an email address) but those are handled by your browser, so they will always be in the language of your browser. The good news here is that if your visitor uses a Dutch browser, the messages will be in Dutch. 🙂

    Let me know please!
