• Hi there,

I am new here and this is my first post.
I need help with a problem, when I generate a PDF all of it is in Danish (which is my language), but one thing isn’t.
The Payment option still says “other”, where it is supposed to say “andre”.

Is there a way of changing it from “other” to “andre” or even something else than “other/andre” ?

You probably placed this order when the site was still in English? The payment method name is stored in the order and does not change when you change the site language.

If the order was placed while the site was still english, why is the rest of the document in danish, except for that little “other” ?

Because that’s one of the few hardcoded strings. The other elements are translatable strings.
Can you confirm that this order was placed when the site was in English?

I’m pretty sure the language is in Danish. Feel free to look https://bynh.dk/

Yes, so if you place a new order, the payment method for that order should be in Danish too.

The thing is, that I make the order manually. By using “add order” under WooCommerce – Order.

Then I have options to chose from under “payment method”, which are in Danish, all of them but “other”.
When I use the “other” option it displays as “other” on the invoice.

I see… If it says “Other” in that dropdown in the first place, this means WooCommerce is missing this translation. I recommend posting this in the WooCommerce forums. I’m sorry I can’t help with this!
