Language changer

Hello,

I have a question. Someone here might give me an idea about how to resolve my problem the easy way.

I have a site which is in English and another sub-domain for the Romanian version of the site. I have installed a plugin to change the language on general.

My question is: is there any plugin that can detect the page I`m on and change to the Romanian correspondent page?

If I`m on the Team page and click the flag, it should take me to the Romanian version of the Team page. Any ideas?
