Language Change

Hello! I need to change my site language from english to hebrew… I installed .mo files for hebrew and set my language in wp-config file as hebrew…. My admin successfully changed the language but my contents doesn’t turn to hebrew and remained english…. what should i do to completely translate my site to hebrew?
