Language and design problems

  • Hello all.

    Ive got 3 problems.
    1) If i change the encoding to utf8 on wordpress admin panel i get the posts right, but the rest of the site wrong.
    (I need åäö)

    2) Ive widget enabled my blogg and now i get bullets next to the widget headlines. where do i change that?

    3) Is it possible to change the background color for each widget. since they are in a table shouldnt it be possible to put “<div style=”background: #FFFFF”>” somewhere?

  • 1. If the “rest of the site” means your template files – get a text editor that has the option to save the files with the proper (utf-8) encoding. Even Notepad has it…

    2. Google for “styling nested lists”.

    3. Read the source code of your output: every widget has its own class/ID – style them in your stylesheet.

thanks a lot. But im still having problems with #1.
Cant find where to change the encoding in the theme.

    thanks agian
