    Hi,
love the plugin and use it every day!
However i am facing an issue. When i click to print invoice or packing slip the texts are not always all on the same language ( my website is in Dutch and English )
Sometimes i get the texts in english and sometimes in dutch. also the product names are not always in the right language. What can i do to fix this?
    Thanks

I see that you use WPML on that site – Full WPML support is only available in the Professional extension. This has active switching to make sure that the invoice is always completely in the correct language (by default that of the customer, although there’s a setting to have it in a different language too).

but then will i need to switch languages manually all the time? how does it work exactly?

It automatically selects the language of your customer, based on what WooCommerce Multilingual stores in the order (=language used at checkout). If you always want to print the documents in the same language it’s a one time setting that will apply to all the PDF files.

Yes thats right! i would like to have it like that (=language used at checkout). i was reading the description of the plugin extension but this is really the only thing i would need. is there any other way to make this work in the right language?

Unfortunately this feature is only available in the Professional extension. Credit notes and bulk export are quite useful too though 🙂

i was checking the screen shots on the link you sent but i could not see the language switch you mentioned, where is this?

It’s on the Pro tab in the settings. But you won’t need it since you want the customer language which is automatic.

ah okay! sorry but just to make it clear, it is automatic but on the free version it isn’t?
