Langage selector on Menu not present

Hi,

I don’t know why, but on some installation, I don’t get the language selector to integrate into the menu.

I’m a WordPress teacher, and I can confirm the problem happens like 5% of the time.

Altough, It may be an incompatibility with another plugin (I suspect Jetpack).
