Landscape images are squashed to portrait size

  • Hi, I need a some assistance. Landscape images are shown using portrait size. All images are uploaded with 712px high.

Here is the short code in my site.
    jj-ngg-jquery-carousel html_id=”wed-jcarousel” gallery=”2″ width=”516″ height=”716″ visible=”3″ scroll=”14″ wrap=”circular” auto=”3″ displaycontrolbars=”none” extramargin=”none”]

If the width is removed then the image shows 716 high and very narrow approx 100px.

If both are removed then the images shows as a thumbnail size.

Any ideas or is this a nextgen issue?

    Thanks,

    SB

  • Curious whether you ever got this taken care of. I have a similar problem. all images are the same height but different widths. I don’t want to use the default thumbnail size but even eliminating the width or changing CSS to either auto or inherit didn’t work.

    Thanks
