• Stay away from this plugin. Look for alternatives.

    After researching the plugin for a client site, I asked my client to purchase a license in case we needed support (safety net, amirite?).

    Throughout our development cycle we struggled to work with this plugin due to compatibility issues with other plugins and even multiple themes. We put in a few support requests when we encountered these compatibility hurdles and received the usual ‘robo-responses’. When we did get a human, their reply was short, not all that helpful, and condescending.

    I’d highly encourage anyone looking for an S3 plugin to look elsewhere.

I hold our customer service to a high standard and your experience certainly does not sound like it has come close to meeting that standard.
