    I’m sorry your thread was not replied to in time. The forums don’t provide many tools for effectively chasing up unanswered thread, so sometimes they do slip through. Bumping after a reasonable amount of time (i.e. a few weekdays) will usually get them back in our radar. If you still do want to look into resolving your issue, do give it a bump and I’ll get notified.

    Bear in mind though that this is free support we provide on these forums and we get dozens of new threads a day, which is a time-consuming job.

    Whilst there’s only so far we can go in terms of digging into individual sites when providing free support, we swing by the free forums at least once a day Mon-Fri and try to provide a reasonable level of support further than just finding bugs.

    I hope you’ll reconsider us for future sites you need events on.
