    Lacking Critical Backend Features

LatePoint may look clean on the surface, but it’s missing essential backend functionality that limits its use in real business environments:

    • No support for booking multiple services in the backend – Front-desk staff can’t combine services like a massage and facial in one appointment. This makes manual booking harder and creates friction for receptionists handling calls.
    • No proper REST API – LatePoint lacks a true API foundation, making it extremely difficult to integrate with other systems or automate workflows. For a modern booking tool, this is a major shortcoming.
    • No “Duplicate Appointment” option – You can’t quickly copy a past booking, which slows down repeat scheduling.

These missing features make LatePoint feel unfinished for backend and admin workflows. Until they’re addressed, it’s not suitable for serious businesses that rely on flexibility, speed, and integration.

    Hello @frontiva,

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback.

We’d like to clarify that it is indeed possible to create multiple bookings from the backend. Your front-desk staff can manually add multiple appointments one after another for the same customer in just a few clicks.

    Regarding your other suggestions:

    • Duplicate appointment functionality
    • REST API support

We’ve already noted them on our internal feature request board. Our team regularly reviews all suggestions and prioritizes them based on feasibility and overall demand.

We’re continuously improving LatePoint and are committed to making it more powerful and flexible for real business needs. Thank you again for your patience and cooperation.

If there’s anything specific we can assist you with, feel free to reach out to our support team anytime — we’re always here to help!
