Support » Plugin: Background Per Page » Lack of Y-position

  • Hello,

I would like to report the lack of an option to set the y-position of the background image.

Currently, there’s an option called “Position” in where we can set the background position to be left aligned, centered or right; but this ONLY applies for the x-position. What about the y-position? I mean, in CSS code would be something like:

    background-position: right top.

Where can we select TOP, CENTER or BOTTOM to position the background concerning the Y axis?

I think the developer just ignored that option. Is this too difficult to achieve? Can I do it myself? Or maybe will it be added in next release?

    Thanks in advance!

  • hi there….. i understand your issue, it happened to me too!!1 but i fixed!!! just override and paste this on background-per-page.php in the plugins editor, with that you’ll have all the combinations possible for the background-position style. and if you want you can set too the background-size….

@skullbreaker – this is not a support forum AND that’s way too much code to post on these forums – please see:
