• I’ve used the Pro Version since 2013 but can no longer endorse it due to the lack of support. The most recent issue I uncovered is the Related Posts extension breaks my site with PHP 8.0. I emailed support and got the standard reply of disabling plugins and swithcing themse to troubleshoot then nothing since I’ve pointed out what the issue is. It’s been over a week.

I have always received timely and good support from Dale Mugford (Original Owner) and Emilio but since they sold it the support has been lacking. I gave it two stars as I managed to make it work by disabling Related Posts Extension. Perhaps someone that cares will read this and reach out to me to fix the Related Posts Extension issue and make me a happy customer again.

  • Sr, you have saved my site! Previously I have same problem as you, PHP 8 compatibility. It breaks my site display. The footer also appears a warning “There has been a critical error on this website”. I’ve contacted them via email support, and they asked for my account credentials to check in person. But I haven’t given it yet.

Incidentally, I saw your review here, followed your instructions, and disabled the “Related Post Extension”. Now my site’s display is restored.

They should fix that extension to make it work with PHP 8.0.

Glad my review helped you solve the problem. After 10 days without a reply they finally responded to me about Related Posts Extension breaking the site with PHP 8.0. I have given them access to my Test Site so they can try and fix the issue.

sorry just in case, do you have any recommended plugins other than this? Or just need to search for new themes?

Check out AMP For WordPress. The free version has a lot of nice features and might be suitable for your site. I’ll most likely be switching over to the paid version of it if WPtouch isn’t fixed in a week.
