• Recently, I posted a review about Propovoice due to the lack of technical support after purchasing the product. However, I am pleased to inform you that the situation has significantly improved.

    Since then, the Propovoice team has been extremely attentive and efficient. They have reestablished support channels, including ticket support and a help system accessible directly through the user account. Additionally, the online chat is functioning perfectly, and my inquiries are answered promptly and helpfully.

    The team is dedicated to ensuring that all my needs and questions are addressed, demonstrating a renewed commitment to customer satisfaction. The Facebook community is also active again, with prompt responses and frequent posts that keep all users updated.

    I would like to thank the Propovoice team for listening to customer feedback and significantly improving the support experience. I am impressed with the level of service I am now receiving and highly recommend Propovoice to anyone looking for a reliable product with quality technical support.

  • Please do let me know where I can find this “extremely attentive and efficient” propovoice team ..as after 8 months of waiting I cant get a positive reply to an email… lots of excuses about emails not working, to contact them via ticket system, contact them via chat (both of which have recently disappeared) very upset about how much time and energy wasting on this.
