  • Had a few questions about the plugin. Dev said if I bought it, he would send css to make it look how I wanted. So I bought it. Then he sent css. But some of the css didn’t work. And he stopped answering my inquiry.

    So, left with a plugin that didn’t look or work the way I wanted, I just hired a dev to whip me up a jquery accordion. WP Online Support won’t send a refund though. Now they want to keep going through what was wrong—IT’S TOO LATE NOW!

    Keep the money. Use it to hire a coder for your own site. YOUR WEBSITE IS THE SLOWEST SITE I’ve seen in a long time. And if you, being developers, have such an incredibly SLOW SITE, SO PAINFULLY SLOW, that doesn’t say much about your products.

    I didn’t stick around to see if the accordion added drag to my site.
