Zingiri’s tech support started out great when I first installed the form builder and paid the yearly fee. Since then (about 3 months ago) support has gone downhill, rapidly.
I opened a ticket about 2 months ago about email notifications not happening. They told me developers were working on it and then just a few days ago, I get an email telling me they are closing the ticket because they haven’t heard from me. Um, don’t forget what the previous email from them said, “developers were working on it” – ok, so that means, you should be contacting me, not me checking in with you. This issue is STILL not resolved. As a workaround, I have created a shortcut on my desktop, smartphone and iPad, so I can check if a customer has submitted a contact form.
Zingiri’s tech support also recommended me to checkout Contact Form 7 – so if that doesn’t tell you what kind of support these people offer. haha
Do NOT waste your time or money on Zingiri products.
