Labelling Options? (non Premium version)

Should I be able to change Labelling Options settings in the free version or is this only possible with the Premium version?

Background Information.
I have just downloaded and activated Ultimate FAQ.
So far everything seems to work as expected for the ‘free’ version, except I am unable to change Labeling Options settings.

Some of the plugin Settings make it clear when the Premium Version is required – for example “Fields Options (Premium)”, however the plugin Settings for “Labelling”, Labelling Options – Replace the default text on the FAQ page, do not give any indication that this is a Premium version feature.

Labelling is not correct for the English language.
It should be Labeling.
