    Dear fellow WordPressers

    We have accomplished the simple customisation of the WordPress 2 supplied kubrick theme to our satisfaction. We just want to implement one final tweak to the kubrick style.css to complete the majority Internet Explorer (6) compatbility. We do appreciate that bullet symbols do not show in IE compared to firefox and safari. Here is the seemingly relevant section of the style.css ..

    #page {
    background-color: white;
    margin: 20px auto;
    padding: 0;
    width: 760px;
    border: 1px solid #959596;

    What is the correct (margin) entry to achieve a 20px vertical spacing from the top of – and a 20px horizontal spacing from the left hand side of – the screen browser edge ?

    We have accomplished this outcome in the firefox (1.5) browser on PC and mac and Safari (2) browser on mac .. but the entry we have used is not operating fully in the IE browser (6) on PC. The theme remains centered in the IE browser and not correctly spaced at 20px from the left as it does appear in the firefox and safari browsers.

    The change to the style.css theme file ode is not shown on this screen .. you are seeing the orignal style.css coding for the original theme .. where the theme is centered on all the mentioned browsers.

    Your knowledgeable assist is genuinely appreciated .. and however meaningful it may be to you .. your supplied credit will be entered as comment beside the correct style.css entry. We don’t even pretend to be intelligent, rather just willing and mostly able to follow instructions — in the brighter daylight hours anyway ..

    humbly yours .. newbie WordPress 2 user ..
