  • Crikey. It is well known that there are no bugs in Kubrick in IE at all And certainly not on this forum You are in trouble now my friend.

    Come on, Root. Where’s the love? Now I have to rush and type this so this guy doesn’t think we’re all jerks about Kubrick support. Now that Kubrick is no longer under Michael’s control, it’s our responsibility.

    Sidebar problem: Clear the sidebar of any javascript, images or other foreign code (it could be the shoutbox too). There is something in there that is too big for the sidebar. If it’s a statistics counter or tracker, move it to the footer, you’ll get better results.

    Alignment problem: Open the Header Template (header.php) and find this line:

    #header { margin: 0 !important; margin: 0 0 0 1px; padding: 1px; height: 198px; width: 758px; }

    Change it to:

    #header { margin: 0 !important; padding: 1px; height: 198px; width: 758px; }

    Thank you, thank you! ALl is working now.

    To any of you who have yet to switch over to Firefox: IE sucks balls.

    Yes but why is it necessary to open and edit php files to do CSS positioning. ?
    How is anyone meant to know where to look? I know a bit about CSS but how can I help this guy? The default is a complete departure from any type of coherent architecture. Plus that is a butt ugly and completely unnecessary hack.
    It really has no place here. Are we jerks.? Oh yes.

    Actually, some of you are jerks… not all of you. Thank god or more of us people who try our best and aren’t coding gods would just use something else.

    Never a need to be nasty. Its not cool, and it doesn’t help the product.

    I’d just like to see the forum thread where Kubrick ripped into Root. I mean, it must exist, considering the vitriol.

    There is a LOT of history, and in many ways it is better where it is.
    Please let this thread drop.
    Points have been made, okay ?
