Kubio updated to 2.6.5, but Kubio PRO stuck on 2.6.4-pro(380)

I have a Kubio PRO Plus subscription. All Kubio plugins were working correctly until I updated the Kubio plugin to 2.6.5. The Kubio PRO plugin does not have an update listed as available at wp-admin/plugins.php. It is stuck at 2.6.4-pro(build 380). The editor is not loading correctly. All pages of the editor are mostly unusable, and if our staff can make any changes they cannot be saved. Browser console for the editor pages shows a myriad of javascript warnings and errors concernings Kubio plugins.

Can I force an update of Kubio PRO to 2.6.5-pro? The readme.txt of the Kubio plugin says that package should be available. What do I do here other than restoring a backup of the site where Kubio was at 2.6.4. That is not convenient.
