Kraken plugin not working

    Hi,
    I signed up and paid for a Kraken account, installed the plugin, put in the API and secret key.
    Now when I click “Optimize this image” in the media library it just sits as “Optimizing image”.
    I’ve been waiting 30 min for one image and it has not changed status from “Optimizing image”. Is this normal? What is wrong?

    I already use WPsmush.it when I upload images so not sure if that matters.

    Also, how do I chose between Lossy and Lossless?
    If that is possible.

    Ok, found where to choose between Lossy and Lossless.

    However it is still failing to optimise any images. Just sits in “Optimizing image”.

    Please help…
