Known compatibility issues?

Im using the plug in on two blogs. One foxy child theme on thesis and the other is fremedy. The one site that has foxy child theme runs the plug in fine, the ticks show up next to the links. However, the site with fremedy, none of the links have ticks next to them. I have deactivated all the plug ins and that made the ticks show up. I then tried to match all the active plug ins to the foxy child theme, still no luck same thing. Is it a plug in issue on fremedy or what?
