 * Hey,
 * I installed Knowledgebase properly and created several articles, all fine.
    If
   I understood it correctly, a page for the knowledgebase should be created automatically
   in the dashboard. It worked on my testing environment, but not at the “real”
   site. If I enter the URL (pro.regiondo.de/hilfe), the knowledgebase is available,
   so something exists. But it doesn’t seem to be a proper page.
 * The Theme I am using: TheFox
 * Any ideas or steps to make it accessible?

 * If it did not create it automatically try these things:
 * 1) Deactivate and reactivate the plugin. This should force it to create that
   page. If still didn’t… go on to:
    2) Manually create a page for your Knowledgebase
   3) On that page make sure to set page template as “KBE” and add the shortcode[
   kbe_knowledgebase]
 * If the page template “KBE” is also not showing that means it didn’t copy it’s
   templates into your theme. See FAQs for how to do that manually.

 * Hey,
 * thanks for your help the last time!
    After a theme update I’m having the problem
   you mentioned above:
 * “If the page template “KBE” is also not showing that means it didn’t copy it’s
   templates into your theme. See FAQs for how to do that manually.”
    I might be
   blind, but could you quickly tell me, how to copy the KBE templates into my theme?
   I checked the FAQs but didn’t find the solution.
 * Thanks in advance!
    Martina

 * Sure. In the WP Knowledgebase plugin you will see a folder called /templates
   Copy that entire folder to your active theme directory, and rename it /wp_knowledgebase
 * Then deactivate and reactivate the plugin. That should do the trick. 🙂
