• Hello,
    I’ve gone through all articles, but none address my issue: When I click on the Knowledgebase link in my menu, it takes me to the knowledgebase page … however none of my Categories I created are showing. I had read in a post that a category wouldn’t show without an article attached, so I added an article to each category … still nothing showing.
    My theme is Bueno, if that matters, but wouldn’t think it would.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated, as this is for our business.

    Anyone? Like I said, when I go to the Knowledgebase page created, it shows blank (no categories and no articles). I get the feeling it is adding them when I add new articles, because the blank knowledgebase page seems to be expanding downward … but nothing visible.
    Please please help 🙁
