    Hi @ammape I’m not familiar with SupportCandy system and had no idea they’d integrated with my plugin, WP Knowledgebase. That’s great, and they’re most welcome to do that… but I’m afraid I have no idea how their integration works so I can’t really help troubleshoot issues relating to that. I’d recommend to address your questions to SupportCandy. 🙂
