# Knowledge Import doesn’t work

 * I am on MxChat backend, and noticed that the “**Knowledge Import**” feature has
   been broken (it works a few months ago). For example, when I do Direct URL import
   to my Pinecone database (setting is correct as I was able to connect it via an
   offline Python script) like below:

 * I see you marked as resolved! I was testing on my end and couldnt replicate any
   speicfic issue, so maybe you discovered something on your end?

 * Hi, yes! I noticed that it is because I don’t have enough balance for OpenAI.
   Recharge the account and resolved!
