    Hello,

Categories do not show on the Knowledge Base main page, just the search box shows. The shortcode ([epkb-knowledge-base id=1]) is on the page. The URL structure that is setup under KB URL Location in the plugin settings is
    “/ knowledge-base / kb-category / kb-article”. The article(s) are assigned categories as well.

Also, to note, my permalink settings is custom: “/%category%/%postname%/”. I also tried it under postname permalink structure as well. Still nothing.

Any help/information on to why categories are not showing up on the KB main page will be appreciated.

*I looked at documentation on the website for this plugin and I can’t find any resolutions. Everything is setup correctly.*

    Hi,

I’m sorry for the trouble you are having, I’m not 100% certain without further information. There are too many variables, did you do a DB migration? or a third party plugin is causing this or something else.

To help you better could you please submit a ticket on our website here: https://www.echoknowledgebase.com/technical-support/

Please fill out the form as best as you can so that we can further diagnose your issue.
    Thank you,
    Dave

I sent a ticket along with a debug log. No third party plugin is causing the issue, did not do a DB migration. Could possibly be theme related. I did contact the author of the theme and still waiting for a response. Maybe the debug log could shed some light?
